On Monday, September 11, 2006 at 0700 hrs, in memory of 9/11, the Red Bluff Fire Department will display the large American Flag directly over Main Street with Ladder Truck #1. The flag will remain in place for the day.

In addition, all city flags will be flown at half-staff.

We shall never forget the events and sacrifices of September 11, 2001.
