At the request of the California Office of Emergency Services (OES), the Red Bluff Fire Department has deployed personnel and equipment to the lightning caused fires in Butte County.
Division Chief Jon Bennett will lead an OES Strike Team of five fire engines.
Over the years, the RBFD has maintained a strong involvement in the state-wide mutual aid system that is coordinated by OES.
